Not earning Points

If you notice that you are not earning points daily anymore or getting surveys be sure to check the following settings before reaching out to our support team.


Be sure to check that your phone has all the proper permissions, location is on, and access to internet is on.


  • Connected to internet/wifi
  • Ensure that GPS is on


  • Connected to internet/wifi
  • Location Services in your settings is on and set to always


We also advise our users to make sure they do not have a VPN on as this can also affect how our app works.

As a last resort we also recommend our users try the following:

  • Make sure you are on the latest version of our app
  • Logging out and back into your account
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app


If you have all the following permissions on and have verified you do not have a VPN on, please reach out to our support team with the following:

  • Your Panel App email
  • Take screenshots showing that your location/gps is on and you have access to internet/wifi
  • Confirm you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
