Verification emails

If you have not received a verification email, you can prompt the app to send you a new one by completing the following steps: 

  1. Go to your Settings
  2. Select your email
  3. Temporarily change your email address to another email
  4. Change your email back to your preferred email address
  5. Go to your email 
  6. Click on the verification link 

If you have clicked on the verification link and you are still not able to verify your account, please log out and log back in to your account as this will refresh your account.

If you have completed the steps above and your account has not been verified, please reach out to our support team so they can investigate the issue for you.
